Using Radio Topsites ?
Ive been experimenting recently with listing some of my stations on radio topsites. This involves putting a link to the top-site directory on your homepage. The topsite list then ranks you according to visits (or votes).
Im not usually into these automated submissions but ive been getting some traffic from a few of these :
http://www.theradiopod.com/
http://www.ultimatebuzz.net/buzzsites/
http://www.internetradiotopsites.com/
http://radio.top-site-list.com/
Would anyone else care to share any opinions or links on radio topsites ?
Im still unsure. From a search engine optimisation point of view it could have a negative effect being associated with "bad neighbourhoods".

Ive found that a couple of them bring in some more listeners. It helps if you already have a base of users willing to vote you to the top of the list.Mxhub wrote:Are they useful? How about put up your station over at shoutcast directory? I believe you get more listeners from there.
Glad to be of assistanceebro wrote:These sites are getting me more listeners! Thanks for referring!
